    I think that she looks more like a cartoon version of the unspellable breed. Or a character in a movie that we are meant to automatically know isn't to be taken seriously.

    Here is another thought: Jessica's an animagus! So whenever you see a lhasa apso running around, it could be her. (Can you tell I've been reading Harry Potter again?)

    Reminds me of anime hair. There's a definite Japanese influence. Pink or blue dye job is the next logical step.
